The "why" behind my work

I didn’t start photography because I thought it would be a career. I started because I couldn’t stop capturing everything I loved.

What began as taking photos of friends in high school turned into over a decade of documenting people’s lives, relationships, and biggest moments. After years of growth (and a full leap in 2020), this became something much more intentional: not just taking photos, but preserving what truly matters.

Clients often tell me I feel more like a friend than a vendor, and that’s intentional. I care deeply about how your day feels, not just how it looks. I’ll guide when needed, step back when it matters, and make sure you’re actually living your wedding moments — not performing them.

Outside of photography, I’m probably traveling, planning my next trip, walking my golden retriever Leia, or romanticizing the little things: music, light, a good meal, a quiet coastal morning, and this job I love so much. ♡
